We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Product Design and Support Intern who thrives in an ever-changing environment. The Product design and Support intern will work with our 3D printers, Fusion 360 and/or other design software, to create new products and improve our current designs. Also, he will support our growing operations in tasks such as product assembly and inventory management.

We are currently working on new products to extend our portfolio and on updating our current products to ensure scalable manufacturing.

This role is presential, but our work schedule is flexible, we focus on targets and goals and not on time spent at the office. We are offering a 6-month internship.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Full product cycle development: from prototyping to production.
  • Operate in-house 3D printers. Slicer software and physical printing.
  • New product design/improvement of current portfolio (Solidworks/Fusion360).
  • Generation of renders for product and marketing materials
  • Create drawings and technical documentation for suppliers.
  • Receive, inspect and store incoming goods, recording digitally all entries.
  • Picking and packing orders for our customers, preparing documents for shipment
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy by recording all inventory movements in the inventory database
  • Clerical support: Filling documentation from purchase orders and shipments, communicating with carriers

  • Have technical training in mechanical, biomedical, mechatronics engineering or product design, even if you don't have previous professional experience
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Team worker
  • Experience with additive manufacturing. (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF)
  • Experience with slicing software (Cura, Slic3r)
  • 3D modeling with Fusion 360
  • Sensible and responsible with our products
  • Proficiency using MS Office: Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience in a warehouse is a nice-to-have
